Applying for our Toddler or Casa programs (18 months to 5 years old)

The application process for the Toddler and Casa programs is the same; however, you must select the specific campus (or both campuses) when registering for the City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and Waitlist.

As part of the Toddler/Casa application process to Kanata Montessori, we kindly ask all families to please also complete the Toddler/Casa Expression of Interest for the 2026-2027 school year (one per child) to tell us a bit more about your child and why you are interested in a Montessori education.

Please note: The Toddler program is a 12-month program (September to August), and the Casa program is a 10-month program (September to June). Completing the application does not guarantee a placement in the Toddler/Casa program. Please do not send any deposit until you are contacted and offered acceptance. Once we review our updated waiting list, we will reach out to families to advise if we have any upcoming spaces available in the Toddler/Casa program and begin the registration process.
